Each Wednesday & Thursday from 4.00pm young people from local schools join us in preparing a plant-based meal, ready to serve to cafe guests from 6pm. Beyond learning how to prepare nutritious meals, the team really enjoys plating up and serving the dinner guests as they arrive.
The students also produce – carob chocolate bars, sauerkraut and macaruffles. See our Hands-On Production Tab.
